HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) – Who would risk a 20 year jail sentence by phoning in a false bomb threat? Twenty-nine- year-old Josef Warner of 70 Bristol Street in Springfield allegedly did just that Saturday afternoon at the Holyoke Mall.
Holyoke Police Lt. Michael Higgins told 22News, mall security guards worked with police to arrest Warner.
A surveillance camera allegedly caught him making the call.
Lt. Higgins confirmed that someone convicted of calling in a false bomb threat could get up to 20 years in state prison.
